Allison Gemmel is a luminous spirit who teaches Yoga, drums with the KDZ Band at Kripalu, creates jewelry and has some wonderful workshops coming up.
Allison and I have shared at least one teacher, that I know of, and I am certain that if you like my teaching style you will love hers. She has completed her 500 hour Professional Level training at Kripalu which I hope to ultimately include in my path and have the chance to study more with her.
Check out Allison’s upcoming events (scroll down), her website of beautiful jewelry www.prasadaspirit.com, or ask to be put on her mailing list if you like receiving Yoga mail from inspiring people.
