Is it really August already? How summer time flies by. Even more reason to be present and savor every moment.
The weather gurus say there is ZERO% chance of rain today so Outdoor Yoga is on!

Bring all your work week stress with the intention of leaving it on the grass after class. Oh yes, and a blanket or mat and water bottle.
