Today I had the gift of sharing my morning with seven bright, loving hearts.
Friday morning practice at Ryokubi Dojo has begun and I want to extend a thanks to all those who came together this morning. It was a treat to have some of the community practicing together in the new digs. I have to admit, I was a little nervous teaching in the new space and mostly hoping that everyone would be comfortable. There are certainly some bumps to iron out, like acquiring more props and getting used to the squishy floor or using the other side of the room when we plan on doing balances.
