Today is International Peace Day.
Live, Act and Be in Peace, today and always but perhaps today we can be a bit extra aware.
If you are faced with conflict of any kind today, take a breath, look inside your heart and apply a feeling of your own inner peace to the situation. If you don’t feel peaceful in that moment, scan back in life to a moment when you felt at ease and that everything was truly ok. Once you call upon that feeling, breathe into it, let it grow inside as you recall that special time. Then allow it to radiate from that place in your heart to those around you.
Give peace a chance. Let it be as contagious as laughter and other things we tend to not enjoy as much, like chicken pox, but for today – let it be Peace.
