With a mixture of laughter and tears I watched this 7 minute clip from the movie “Y Yoga”. In this clip Diamond Dallas Page, the wrestler who describes himself as Mickey Mouse with tattoos, brings Yoga to troops in Iraq.
It’s incredible the way he modified the practice for the soldiers and beautiful the way they responded. Please let there be healing, strength and peace for all those men and women who risk their lives every day.
