Come try this single Workout with Maria Garcia, leading into her “Fitness Extreme Series†beginning mid-February. Learn moves to work muscles in an integrated way, boost flexibility & strength as well as body awareness.
Maria combines the flow of Yoga with the centering and focus of Pilates. A great workout for athletes & active people. Innovative exercises will keep your body guessing & your muscles challenged.

Maria Garcia holds a B.A. in Political Science & International Relations from Universidad de Belgrano- UT at Austin, TX. She is originally from Argentina & began her fitness career eleven years ago, training under the mentoring of a body builder. Maria has multiple certifications in, Spinning, Group Exercise, Plates, Sports Conditioning & Kick boxing. She is a USA Triathlon Coach & an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She teaches Indoor Cycling, Boot Camp & Fusion (Yoga- Pilates- Core Conditioning) classes. Maria motivates her clients leading by example & keeping up with cutting edge training techniques. She is a long distance runner, a road cyclist & an active participant in adventure running races, bike tours, biathlons, and half marathons. Her motto is “put into your workout more than what you want to get out of it”.
