Reflexologist Irina Breslav at Dew Yoga Birthday Event

We are so thrilled and feel quite gifted to host Irina Breslav at the Dew Yoga Birthday Event, March 15, 2009. She is experienced and talented in many healing modalities including Reiki and Ear Candling. Having practiced Yoga with her, I might add that she is a warm and lovely soul with an incredibly healthful glow about her!

Irina will be available for reflexology and Reiki appointments from 1 – 4pm. Book an appointment for yourself before or after your Free Yoga class. We will be scheduling appointments at Dew Yoga in advance and they are sure to fill up. Please schedule your appointment with Jen or Elysa. Sessions will be 30 minutes and the fee is $50/session. Speaking of the Beatles

Seems, one of the Fab Four just released a Yoga Video. No, you won’t see Sir Paul levitating or even twisting himself into lotus pose. This video is about ‘Eye Yoga’. After Abbey Road and Dear Prudence could Sir Paul be rolling his eyes at a former guru? But seriously friends, exercising the eyes is important so even if you do not buy the video remember to keep your eyes strong by moving your gaze with your postures. Need Some Sunshine?

Want Some Sunshine? Join Jen, Thursday, February 19, 7 – 830pm at Dew Yoga for a splash of sunshine. Move, groove and heat up to sunshine inspired music from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley & The Wailers and more.

The studio will be on the warm side so dress in appropriate layers to stay comfortable as we heat up with breath work, chanting, flowing postures and joyous connection!

All ages and experience are welcome to join in and invoke the Sun! Regular class fees apply. Pre-registration not necessary but is appreciated. If you have any questions, please call Jen, 524-2919.

Inspiration – Looking Toward Spring with Rumi

I have been reading this beautiful Spring inspiring piece from Rumi in class this week. It has reminded me to offer gratitude to students for coming out to class and ‘exposing’ themselves as well as offering me the opportunity to ‘expose’ myself.
