Dew Yoga welcomes back Irina, to explore the ancient healing technology of Reflexology.
In this two hour workshop explore & learn:

• Address common conditions; back or neck pain, indigestion, sinus congestion, via self help Reflexology techniques
• How Reflexology differs from a foot massage
• Stories the feet can tell
• Self help techniques with hands on practice
• The mystery behind this ancient healing technology
Irina Breslav, MS, is an ARCB Board Certified Reflexologist and holds a Masters Degree in Science. An instructor in healing technologies at Norwalk Community College, she has studied world wide with master teachers of Reflexology, Usui Reiki, ear candling, aromatherapy, sound healing, EFT, Past Life Regression and Energy Healing.
