Jeff Gallin, long time practioner of Vinyasa and Meditation, a blend of many styles joins Dew Yoga. He believes each of us can use the healing powers of yoga to improve the quality of our lives. He teaches in alignment with the idea that the individual does not have to adjust to yoga but that yoga has to adjust to the individual, meaning that we must find the postures that are appropriate for each person. He prefers a vinyasa class that includes meditation and breath work. He has previously taught various class sizes as well as one on one private practices.
