This pose is great for pregnant Yogis and non-pregnant Yogis.
Side Angle strengthens and stretches the legs, knees, and ankles. It stretches the groins, spine, waist, chest, lungs, and shoulders. This pose can help with backaches, sciatica, and constipation for all Yogis and for non-pregnant Yogis it also can help with infertility, osteoporosis, and menstrual discomfort.
