Yoga al Fresco
Outdoor Yoga at TOR has ended but we enjoyed a summer full of Thursdays practicing on the grass. This will be held again Summer 2008!
Dew Yoga at the Beach series ran in September and we were gifted with glorious sunsets. Coming again in Spring 2008!
Enjoy your practice with feet grounded to the earth and an expansive sky above. Evening classes offered weekly bring us close to the nature from which we come and the infinite possiblities of the future we may see in the wide open sky. We will practice a mix of gentle flow and deep holding embracing the beauty and power of nature.
